Mike started his career in Assurance at a Big 4 firm in New York, auditing large multinational banks and broker-dealers. He moved to San Francisco where he rose to Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory, specializing in audit readiness, IPO preparation, SOX compliance, and financial reporting. He then spent over five years at a major fintech and digital asset exchange, leading a team of 15+ accountants managing platform accounting and financial operations at scale. He currently serves as Head of Finance at a cutting-edge technology company in the Bay Area.
Dan began his career with five years at a top global accounting firm, rising to Assurance Senior Associate. He then moved into international finance as an Accounting Manager, managing multi-currency financial operations across global markets. For the past six years he has served as Senior Manager of Platform Accounting at a leading fintech company in San Francisco, overseeing accounting operations for complex financial products at scale.
